from our previous article, the motivation to lose weight, we mentioned that we should make a habit of losing weight. We must eat to live, and we need to take a small step at a time in order to achieve long-term results. But is that all? Where does your desire for weight loss come from? Where did you get your motivation from? Remember that to lose weight, you must create a calorie deficit. It simply means that you must eat fewer calories than your maintenance level of calories. In this sequel to the article mentioned above, let's look at how upbeat and positive attitude can motivate you to reduce weight and to succeed in weight loss.

optimism and positive change

In short, optimism, positive thinking. It is the belief that you will achieve your goals. It is the fuel that makes our will power strong and gets us going. From the strong will, therefore, weight loss becomes easy to achieve. It is the hope and confidence that lie within us how successful the outcome, such as weight loss. Nothing can be achieved if we have hope and trust in him. People who have hope and confidence in their weight loss programs are losing weight permanently, failed to provide a great form of their bodies, they managed to keep all that weight and had a lot of fun doing. Change your attitude from pessimism, one positive. Block all negative attitudes arising out of your mind and replace them with more positive comments. Many people have settled for mediocre when it comes to weight loss. They say they want to burn fat, they say they want to lose weight, they say they want to become slim, but they are too lazy to start your weight loss program for some reason. Most of the excuses like "I do not have time to get my aerobic training" or "I'm too tired to exercise" or "I'll replace this with a candy bar for what I eat in the evening for dinner" or "I'll never be perfect" or "it's monotonous and boring to diet and exercise." You know what, this kind of adverse opinions is harmful to your health and your self-esteem. Aim to replace this type of thinking with more positive, optimistic thinking.

as an example instead of saying,

"I do not have time to exercise," why not say, "I'll take the stairs instead of the elevator to get my workout goes as I do" or "I'll walk home today because I was late for my gym class" or "I brisk walk to school instead of driving "

instead of thinking that will never be perfect, why do not you sit down and knowing your strengths and weaknesses, design a realistic weight loss goals. Instead of planning to lose 16 pounds in 2 weeks, why not start with something that will be satisfied. Start your weight loss per week, healthy and smart decisions in their parts. Once you set your goals realistically, follow your plans. Have fun and try to be consistent in your meals and workout routines. In this way, you'll have more fun and you will lose weight easily, and keeping it off for good.
